These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and pkmaga (hereinafter referred to as "pkmaga", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the pkmaga website located at https://pkmaga.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon.

pkmaga is an English-language online gaming information and platform site targeting Pakistani users. The Platform covers online casino gaming, live sports betting, PSL and cricket markets, welcome bonuses and responsible gambling resources. All content is intended for informational and entertainment purposes. By accessing or using any part of the pkmaga Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pkmaga does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users must independently determine the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction before participating.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on pkmaga, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform;
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful or prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977;
• You must not currently be self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform as part of a self-exclusion commitment;
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use — not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party;
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by pkmaga for breach of these Terms;
• You must not be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or operating under any sanctions that would prohibit your use of financial services.

pkmaga does not extend eligibility to residents of jurisdictions where our Services are explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of pkmaga Services, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pkmaga at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkmaga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and may void any bonuses, winnings or balances held therein.

pkmaga may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require Users to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Submission of a valid, government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (such as a utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• A liveness check or selfie photograph matching the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required by AML or fraud prevention policies.

KYC documents must be submitted only through pkmaga's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Users must never send sensitive identity documents through unencrypted channels, third-party messaging applications or unsecured email. pkmaga will never instruct users to alter, obscure, crop or falsify any identity document — doing so constitutes fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. pkmaga will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pkmaga of suspected unauthorised access.

By accessing and using the pkmaga Platform, you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree to comply with all guidelines, policies and instructions published by pkmaga from time to time.

The Platform may be used solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may:

• Browse publicly available content on the Platform;
• Register an Account and access the Services subject to eligibility;
• Place bets and wagers using funds deposited into your Account in accordance with these Terms;
• Claim promotions and bonuses subject to the applicable offer terms.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, arbitrage or any form of collusive or irregular betting;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or software to interact with the Platform other than standard web browsers;
• Impersonate any other person or entity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or to other Users' accounts;
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus or disruptive content;
• Engage in behaviour that pkmaga, in its reasonable discretion, considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

Deposits may be made to your pkmaga Account using the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may include, subject to cashier confirmation, familiar Pakistan payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and must not be derived from illegal sources. pkmaga reserves the right to reject deposits or request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML obligations.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier. pkmaga does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. pkmaga is not responsible for exchange rate differences, provider-imposed fees or processing delays attributable to third-party payment networks.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier area of your Account. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal method must be the same as or linked to your deposit method, where possible, for anti-money-laundering compliance;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no open disputes, outstanding verification requirements or suspected policy breaches;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier;
• Requests for large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity or source-of-funds checks.

pkmaga makes no guaranteed payout-time commitments. Processing times vary by payment method, volume of requests and any applicable compliance reviews. pkmaga will endeavour to process verified withdrawal requests in a timely manner but accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment networks.

pkmaga may, from time to time, offer bonuses, welcome packages, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to new and existing Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rates, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits.

• Bonuses are credited at pkmaga's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time;
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another user;
• pkmaga reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage or multi-accounting is identified;
• Where a maximum bet restriction applies during active bonus play, exceeding that limit may result in bonus forfeiture;
• Illustrative figures used in marketing materials (e.g., PKR 1,000 minimum deposit, PKR 25,000 maximum bonus) are examples only — refer to the live promotion page for confirmed amounts.

All bonuses on pkmaga carry wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30×). Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slot games may contribute 100% while live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion page.

Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time window. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

All bets and wagers placed on pkmaga are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport or event. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules, the odds presented and the financial risk involved.

• Sports betting markets cover Pakistan cricket including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, football, UFC and other live sports. Availability of specific markets is subject to change;
• Odds are displayed in the format set by the Platform (decimal odds unless otherwise selected). The displayed odds represent the return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake;
• Bets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, pkmaga's decision shall be final;
• pkmaga reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is known (post-result betting), or where technical errors resulted in incorrect odds being displayed;
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. pkmaga does not manipulate game outcomes;
• RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed are theoretical long-run averages and do not predict individual session outcomes.

pkmaga is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkmaga Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal financial activity conducted through the Platform;
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or otherwise circumventing Platform policies;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using any software, script, bot, artificial intelligence tool or automated mechanism to interact with the Platform outside of normal human use;
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or malfunctions in any game or the Platform itself — any winnings resulting from a technical error are not payable;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC or any interaction with pkmaga support;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pkmaga staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Any form of bonus arbitrage, matched betting using pkmaga funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.

pkmaga reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Balances associated with accounts terminated for policy violations may be forfeited subject to applicable law.

All content on the pkmaga Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall "look and feel" of the site — is the intellectual property of pkmaga or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices displayed on the Platform;
• Use pkmaga's name, logo or branding without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkmaga, its officers, directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill;
• Losses arising from gambling activity, including total loss of deposited funds;
• Service interruptions, downtime or technical failures beyond pkmaga's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors in displayed odds, game configurations or promotional terms that are promptly corrected upon identification.

Where pkmaga's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkmaga collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

pkmaga may collect the following categories of personal data: identity information (name, date of birth, CNIC/passport number), contact details (email address, phone number, residential address), financial information (payment method details, transaction history), device and usage data (IP address, browser type, session logs) and KYC documentation.

Personal data is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance (including KYC/AML obligations), fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring and, where consented, marketing communications. pkmaga does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers acting under contractual data processing agreements.

pkmaga reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, pkmaga will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a notification within the Platform. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pkmaga support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal policy. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

pkmaga reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require us to do so;
• Requested by law enforcement, regulatory authority or court order;
• Your Account presents an unacceptable financial or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where an Account is terminated by pkmaga for cause, any funds held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money balances will be returned through available channels subject to identity verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. The applicable governing law and jurisdiction are disclosed in the operator's licensing documentation, which is accessible upon request through the support channels.

In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting pkmaga support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure outlined on the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek relief through any applicable regulatory body or consumer protection authority in the jurisdiction where you reside, to the extent such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
